Privacy Policy

Rentally is distributed through the App Store and Google Play Store, use of Rentally is also subject to the Apple Privacy Policy. This policy does not address any data that Apple may collect, which may include but not be limited to, usage statistics and crash reports.

• Data in the Rentally app is stored on the cloud (Firebase). All data stored is compliant with GDPR. If you provide Rentally with personal information about someone else, you must ensure that you are authorised to disclose that information to Rentally in accordance with applicable data protection or privacy laws. (Data in Rentally might also be automatically saved in Apple's iCloud as part of iCloud backup of your device if you have enabled iCloud backup and there is enough free space for backup in your iCloud account).
• Certain features of the Rentally app allow you to interact and share information with Third Parties and other applications (e.g. backup/export app data to Dropbox or share rent invoice with tenant using WhatsApp). If you decide to share your information with any Third Party from your device, privacy policies will not apply - any information those websites or applications collect may be stored, processed or sent to other Third parties. Third Parties have their own privacy policies that you should review and agree with.
